ABOUT US:

NIGHTBROOD
{We are a mature adult oriented guild}

First we would like to put out there that we are a social active (heroic raid only) guild that still believes in the old school guild family and teamwork, not the solo player (loner),high school (click) and unsocial (not talking, avoids communication) type of way that the gaming world is becoming if you feel the same way then we may be the guild for you and if so then please read on thank you.

We considered ourselves a semi-casual raiding guild, but please don’t mistake the word "casual" for lazy, unorganized, uninformed, or unskilled. We use the term “casual” to describe the fact that we are here to have fun & enjoy the game, We dent tell you what class/spec to play, what to do with your game time outside of raids, and we don’t expect you to be available to raid every week and we have no problem with your real life commitments. We don’t base our raid team on rank or seniority, we base our team on the amount of time (attendance) and effort you put into our guild with us, and we don’t agree with penalizing and punishing people for having a life outside the game, real life comes first. This isn't a second job, it's something we do in our spare time for fun and some social interaction.

Now for the "semi" part of semi-casual. We expect that when you become a part of our core progression raid team, it means that you are commited to progress and you are informing us that you will be online for all progression raid days and times so that we can advance in our progress unless something important (ex.sick,work,family stuff) has come up and you have given us sufficient notice that you will be late or unable to attend (this does not include playing other games or just dont feel like it on raid days). We also have strict minimum requirements for gear, skill, and knowledge of the boss mechanics. Our rules may seem long but you'll find that the resulting organized and efficient raids are much more enjoyable than a sloppy raid without these rules. The rules might also seem a bit strict or tough to some people, but you should trust us when we say these are nothing compared to hardcore raiding guilds, and our raid performance is much better than a full casual guild out there. Once you get used to our raiding system you won't even have to think about the rules because it will all be just a natural part of your game play and you'll appreciate why we have this system in place. Trust us!

Raid Rules:

***In order to be a part of our raid roster, we require all guild mates to contribute to the guild bank (current expansion items !NO OLD ITEMS!) and be sociable in Discord. We want our roster to all get to know each other and for everyone to feel apart of an active community. We do this to ensure that everyone on the raid roster feels comfortable as a group and that they've earned their spot.

Raid Times are:

Friday and Saturday are core raid team progression nights

Progression Nights are for main raid characters only, unless we need to swap people out for mechanics or the raid comp.

Friday 8pm - 11pm or later if the group chooses to do so.
Saturday 8pm - 11pm or later if the group chooses to do so.

Minimum Item Level required for raids are: 435 ilvl roughly will make acceptions

For our core progression raid team: If you won't be able to make it to raid on time or unable to raid on the night of the raid (EX. Sick or something important has come up) please let a guild officer know. A no show or not giving an officer a heads-up will get you kicked from our core progression raid team and your spot will be replaced.

Be on 30 min before raid time starts, so we can get team together, organized and ready to pull at raid start time. (If you are unable to be on 30 min before raid time, please let a guild officer know.)
